High Cottages B & B is situated in the peaceful village of Congham ten minutes from King's Lynn. The accommodation, which was custom built in 2004, comprises of one twin room and one double room, both are en-suite fitted with flush floor showers to allow disabled access and are on the ground floor. Both rooms are capable of accommodating an extra bed or cot for children, subject to prior arrangement with the owners. For the business user there is an office available with fax, photo copier, e-mail and computer system available. There is a large private car parking area and extensive gardens with numerous places to sit in peace and quiet and enjoy the local bird life or listen to the water burbling in the fish pond. With the Norfolk coast twenty minutes away and Sandringham House less than ten minutes there is always plenty to see.
